Chingiz Ragimbekov - Watchmaker I have a long history in watch and clock repairing, and love my job. My father owned and operated a watch and clock repair business for 50 years. At the age of 6, my curiosity about clocks began. The next 9 years I helped clean watches for my dad, and at the age of 15 started working full time for my dad repairing watches. In 1994 with help from the Jewish Federation, My family and I immigrated to the United States from the former Soviet Union. After looking for employment for a short time, I gained employment from Hopman Jewelers by showing Patrick Hopman a clock that I built. In the last 15 years, I have become fluent in English. I am happy to join Van Horne's staff and I will put my 39 years of experience to good use. I desire to meet customers' needs in all ways possible. |
